Hotel Peregrin

General Terms and Conditions (referred to as “Terms”)

 

1. Reservation of Accommodation and Other Services at Hotel Peregrin

Reservation of accommodation as well as any other services at Hotel Peregrin as well as confirmation of reservation is strictly in writing only, i.e. usually by e-mail. The following is considered as confirmed reservation: automatic e-mail confirmation generated by the applicable booking system or an e-mail confirmation directly from Hotel Peregrin.

2. Cancellation of Accommodation and Other Services Reservation

Cancellation is possible strictly in written form only, i.e. usually by e-mail. The exact cancellation procedure is dictated by the booking system used. In case of direct booking cancellation is possible either by an e-mail addressed to Hotel Peregrin reservations expressly cancelling the reserved services or a cancellation in the hotel online booking form. In case of cancelling a reservation made through external booking providers (such as Booking.com, Hotels.com etc.) it is mandatory to cancel such reservation with the external booking provider in a manner dictated by such provider. In this case there is no need to contact Hotel Peregrin directly and any cancellation notice made directly to the Hotel Peregrin and not with the booking provider is considered void.

3. Change of Reservation at Hotel Peregin

Change of reservation, i.e. changing the requested date of accommodation or other services is considered similar to cancellation and must be requested in the same manner as cancellation i.e. according to Section 2 of these Terms.

4. Cancellation Fees

In case of cancellation or change of reservations according to Sections 2. and 3. of these Terms, Hotel Peregrin is entitled to the following cancellation fees, unless otherwise noted:

  • Cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival: FREE (does not apply to special deals and top dates)
  • Cancellation 5 days (incl.) or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total room rate

Special cancellation fee terms apply to group reservations as well as special deals – these are always clearly communicated during the booking.

5. Top dates and Special Deals

Hotel Peregrin may set special cancellation fee terms during so-called “top dates” such as New Year´s Eve, Five-petalled Rose Celebrations etc. In these special cases Hotel Peregrin may ask for a non-returnable booking fee in order to confirm the booking. Such a fee is non-returnable, i.e. regular Cancellation Fee Terms acc. to Section 4 of these Terms do not apply. Guests will be clearly made aware of this during the booking.

Similar policy will be applied for special deals.

6. No Show

In case of guest no show and no written reservation cancellation, the booking is considered cancelled and Section 4 of these Terms applies.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is usually from 2 pm to 7 pm. In case of planned later arrival than 7 pm the guests are required to inform the reception either by e-mail or phone. Alternate arrangements for key retrieval will be made in this case. Reception availability is not guaranteed after 7 pm. Early check-in is possible in case the reserved room is available, subject to arrangement with the reception. Early check-in is free of charge.

Check-out is by 11 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. In case of availability, late check-out is free of charge.

These general Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations with Hotel Peregrin. By making a booking the guest agrees to adhere to these Terms. The Terms may be modified by special arrangements, in written form only.
